Contact HVACPool
Corrections, privacy requests, editorial enquiries and accessibility issues all have their own address, so nothing gets buried in a general inbox.
Before you write: we cannot diagnose faults, quote for work, recommend a local installer or advise on a repair. HVACPool is an information site — we do not install or service equipment. For anything involving your actual system, you need a licensed HVAC contractor in your area.
Who to Write To
Corrections
Spotted a wrong specification, an out-of-date rating or a broken figure? This is the fastest way to get it fixed. Please include the page URL and, where you can, the source that shows the correct value.
Editorial
Topic suggestions, questions about how we reached a conclusion, and enquiries from manufacturers about coverage or product information. Press enquiries also come here.
Privacy & Data
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data, questions about cookies, and anything else covered by our privacy policy. We respond to data requests within the statutory time limits that apply.
Accessibility
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use with assistive technology, tell us. Describe the page and the barrier and we will treat it as a fault to fix, not feedback to file.
Legal
Matters arising under our terms of use, trademark and copyright notices, and formal legal correspondence.
Everything Else
Not sure which applies? Use the general address and we will route it internally.
What to Expect
- Corrections are prioritised. A factual error on a live page gets looked at before anything else in the queue.
- Data requests are handled within the statutory deadline that applies to your jurisdiction.
- We do not pass your email address to manufacturers, installers or advertisers.
- We cannot answer questions about your specific equipment, fault or quote — that needs a contractor who can see the system.
- Unsolicited guest post and link-building pitches are not read.
In the Meantime
A lot of questions we receive are already answered in the glossary or the guides. Both are free and neither requires an account.
